Solche "undeklarierte" Restkapazitätsangaben sind obsolet und nicht mehr zu verwenden.
Es ist stattdessen die Restkapazität zur genehmigten Kapazität anzugeben und allenfalls
zusätzlich die Restkapazität zur ausgebauten Kapazität.
